Straight from my own routine and what’s inside Threads Made Simple.

Most people think you need to spend hours on Threads every day to grow.

But I built real traction using just 25 minutes a day.

No hacks.

No chaos.

Just consistency and this 5-step routine:

Engage before you post (10 mins) Comment on 5-10 posts in your niche. This gets the algorithm (and real people) paying attention.
Post something worth replying to (5 mins) Use a strong first line. Ask a question. Invite conversation. Not just “here’s my product” something they’ll want to jump into.
Reply to your comments (5-10 mins) Don’t post and ghost. If people engage, keep the convo going.
Jump into other convos (5-10 mins) Find 3-5 Threads you actually want to talk on. Drop something thoughtful. Add value.
Check what’s working (5 mins) Look at what got replies. What didn’t. Adjust for tomorrow.

It’s simple. It works. And it’s sustainable. That’s the key.
